Easy Dashi Shoyu

だししょうゆさえあれば簡単に味が決まる。お惣菜や丼物のだし代わりに、ポン酢やドレッシングのベースに。

材料をビンに詰めて冷蔵庫に入れて置くだけ。削り節は下に沈むので濾す必要もない。最後に残った節は和え物やおむすびに。手作りおだしはしみじみおいしい幸せな味。

・しょうゆ 2cup
・混合節 20g
・こんぶ 10g

・2 cups (400cc) shoyu
・20 grams kongo-bushi (mix of some kinds of fish flakes)
・10 grams kombu

In a jar, put all ingredients together, and store in the fridge. You can use it after letting it sit for about a day. It will last a good month.
